Returns/Exchanges
I completely understand that sometimes thing just don't work out. Maybe a piece is too big or maybe it just wasn't what you thought it was going to be. If you are unsatisfied with your order, let's chat! I would be more then happy to exchange it for something else in the shop. I do not offer refunds at this time.
If you would like to discuss an exchange, please send me an email at hellobravesunday@gmail.com within 7 days of the receipt of your order.  
Due to the intense nature of creating custom orders, each is evaluated on a case by case basis for return/exchange.

Product Damage
I try my very best to ensure you get the best Brave Sunday piece possible, but if your item arrives damaged or you find damage within the first 30 days friend, please let me know. I be happy to fix it and make it right. Simply shoot me an email at hello@bravesunday.com and let me take care of you. 
I do offer repairs after the initial 30 days and would love to get your piece back in tip top shape. Buyer will be responsible for shipping charges, along with any costs for materials needed to make the repairs.

Metals Used in Jewelry & Allergies
We cannot and do not claim to produce pieces are 100% hypo-allergenic BUT all the metals we use to craft pieces do NOT contain nickel or lead which are common allergens.  A majority of our pieces are fine silver or 24k gold plated pewter, although we do use some brass components.  
If you find that you have an allergic reaction to one of our pieces, please reach out! We would be happy to take care of you.
